Metro have managed to get Manchester United fans looking up with baited breath here in the Football Transfer Tavern as they seem to think that the Red Devils might be about to go and make another move for Thomas Muller.
The forward has been linked heavily with the Red Devils and now after rumours of a £60 million bid, it seems that United are ready to not only make a huge move for Muller in terms of a transfer bid, but also in terms of his wages, with a £7.1 million a year deal on the table for the German.
We think this could be huge for Louis van Gaal and the Red Devils – and it seems that they could have their surprise forward lined up – and United fans are thrilled it isn’t Harry Kane!
