Leeds United’s Under-23 side were in action at Thorp Arch on Monday afternoon as they managed to beat Crewe Alexandra 2-0.
Izzy Brown managed to hit both goals for the Whites as he looks to get back to full fitness and his performance may have impressed a senior duo that were pictured in attendance.

Scouting the likes of Brown could be one reason why the pair where both watching the youngsters in action, whilst there could be some transfers in the offering.
With Orta involved, the latter would be more likely as he is the man that deals with things regarding player movements – whether it be incoming or outgoing.
The Verdict:

It does not come as a surprise that Bielsa has taken notice of the developmental side and watched their games.
The Argentine appears to have no problems with giving some of the club’s youngsters an outing in the first-team at Elland Road if he feels they are good enough.
However, with Orta in attendance as well, they could have been discussing who may benefit from competitive football elsewhere for the remainder of the season.
