Since switching to a 3-4-3 system, the west London locals propping up the bar have had little reason to complain of late as talk of a potential title tilt once again surfaces in their conversations.

So even reports from the Times claiming the Italian could be set to axe one of the club’s best players have done little to dampen the mood.

The story suggests that Cesc Fabregas could be loaned out in the January transfer window as the Blues look to free up space for a new midfielder, with the Premier League giants reportedly willing to pay some of his huge wages in order to force through a move.

After his stunning form helped the club to a first league title in half a decade back in 2015, the Spaniard has since struggled at Stamford Bridge and is currently out of the side.
