Moses Nyeman has been promoted to DC United’s first-team at just 15-years-old, as reported by the club’s official website.
The midfielder, who was born in Liberia, has become the 13th homegrown player in the club’s history, following the likes of current players Bill Hamid and Chris Durkin:

It has also been confirmed that the teenager, who has represented the US at U16 level, will spend the remainder of the 2019 season with the club’s USL Championship affiliate side Loudoun United.
Nevertheless, the announcement that Nyeman has been promoted to the first-team has got many DC United fans excited about the prospect of seeing him play for the Black-and-Red.
One fan opted to compare him to N’Golo Kante, while others have sung his praises, welcoming him to the setup and discussing how brightly he will shine in the first-team.
