It has been a strong start to the season for Man Utd, and for the fans in the Transfer Tavern, it couldn’t be going much better. Last season was a success for the Red Devils, but they struggled domestically, and this is something that Jose Mourinho is putting right this term. With just Man City ahead of them at present, the Red Devils are on course for a very strong campaign.
Success is coming in Europe, too, with Man Utd picking up another win in the Champions League on Wednesday evening against Benfica. It was a resolute performance from the Red Devils, and whilst it was far from a clinic, the fans in the pub were pretty pleased with the result.
That said, expectations are very high ahead of Man Utd’s next game against Huddersfield, with three points the only acceptable result for the club. The Terriers have looked good at points this term, and so Mourinho will have his work cut out. He needs to get his team selection spot on, and that could mean making a few changes from mid-week.
With that said, Mourinho simply must drop these 2 Man Utd players against Huddersfield – agreed?
Henrikh Mkhitaryan

Henrikh Mkhitaryan was sensational at the start of the season, and the five assists that he has made this season remain a pretty remarkable early-season record.
However, he has really dropped off over the last few weeks, and that’s a big problem for the Red Devils. He’s in a slump, and that’s particularly difficult for him given that many of his attacking rivals are looking so good.
The Armenian looks tired and out of form, and Mourinho must take action.
Victor Lindelof

Victor Lindelof got another start in Europe, but the Swede still doesn’t look quite ready.
He needs another few months of rigorous Mourinho training, and he’s likely to be dropped as a result.
Man Utd aren’t blessed with available depth in this role, but Mourinho will have to make do.
