Our Aston Villa fans here in the Transfer Tavern have certainly been keeping across matters in the Premier League this season – even if they have been in the Championship this year.
The Villans, of course, have been in the second tier this season but they are confident of getting out of it come the end of next season and our landlord certainly thinks they will too.
They’ve been keeping tabs on the Premier League regardless, too, and it seems that they’ve certainly been quick to react to Middlesbrough going down as they lost to Chelsea last night.
Indeed, seeing some of their former players go down with Boro has certainly sweetened the news and that was exactly what was being said on Twitter.
