Newcastle fans have taken to Twitter in droves to praise Rafa Benítez for picking up the Premier League Manager of the Month award.
The Spaniard masterminded a revival with The Magpies in November, where he helped them snap their terrible run which saw them at the foot of the Premier League table.
Newcastle went unbeaten in November, and had a three match winning streak that helped them rise up the Premier League table rapidly. They are now in 15th place, three points above the relegation zone. They are in no way safe, but the Champions League winning boss has pulled the club from the morass of the relegation zone.
Fans were not shy to show their adoration of Benítez, with one fan even saying that he is single-handedly keeping the club safe this season, and many others saying that he fully deserved the award.
