Newcastle continue their winless streak following a 0-0 stalemate against Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Seagulls played host as the Toon travelled to the Amex in hopes to get back to winning ways. However, as fans have described on Newcastle’s recent Instagram post, the match wasn’t exactly a thrilling one.
The match saw just four shots on target out of an attempted 23 (via BBC Sport), but Brighton will be pleased with the result which has ultimately guaranteed them safety from the drop.
After posting the full-time score, Magpies supporters have flooded the comments to slam the performance which sees them remain in 13th place on 44 points.

Newcastle have won just three of their last ten games across all competitions. Their tie against Brighton is their 11th Premier League draw of the season (via Sofascore). Although they are safe from relegation, the fans and players will be wanting more from mid-table matches such as this one.
Steve Bruce’s side will prepare to play out their final game of the season before it finally comes to a close. They will play host to newly crowned champions Liverpool at St James’ Park on Sunday.
