Not good enough: Wenger must not start these 2 Arsenal players against Chelsea – agreed?

The Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern are feeling very anxious ahead of their upcoming Premier League clash against Chelsea…

The Blues have done well in recent weeks, and having already knocked London rivals Tottenham off their perch, there is a real feeling in the pub that Sunday could prove to be a very long day for the Gunners.

Certainly, the game will be very tough, but anything can happen in the Premier League, and Wenger must be confident. Arsenal have, on occasion, impressed when nobody has expected it, and this could be another one of those stories.

Wenger must get his team selection spot on, though, and even one mistake could cost the team. After all, with so much quality in the Chelsea team, they are more than capable of punishing mistakes.

With that said, Wenger must not start these 2 Arsenal players against Chelsea – agreed?

Aaron Ramsey

Arsenal have been very susceptible defensively this season, and so it might be time for a change in midfield.

Ramsey has been a culprit for failing to defend efficiently this term, and whilst Xhaka hasn’t been much better, something has to give in this midfield.

Chelsea will pose a real threat, and so this is very important.

Perhaps a player like Elneny could do a job here.

 Mesut Ozil

Arsene Wenger is unlikely to drop someone that is, on paper, one of Arsenal’s best players – particularly for such a big game – but Ozil has been very poor this season.

He has looked bad defensively, but he has also really struggled going forward – and that’s a big problem for the Gunners.

The German has been out of sorts all season long, and it would send a big message to the rest of the team if he were dropped.
