Everton are a club that drastically need to improve their fortunes on the pitch but that can only efficiently be done properly in the summer transfer window.
It seems that Marco Silva really missed out by not signing anyone during the January transfer window, with his team really struggling out on the pitch.

A player who would be a superb addition for the Toffees is Hoffenheim’s Pavel Kaderabek, who has thus far produced some brilliant performances this season.
Kaderabek, (who is valued at £16.2 million on Transfermarkt) has been a really important part of everything Hoffenheim do both in attack and defence.
The 26-year-old likes to get forward and a number of times this season, has been used as a right-midfielder rather than a right-back. It can be said, though, that Kaderabek is versatile and could adapt to any role Marco Silva wants to use him in.
With four goal and five assists, that proves his influence especially in attack and it could argued that the Czech Republic international is a better option than Seamus Coleman, because he is able to help more in every aspect of the game.
