Leeds United have been hit by a number of injuries this season as they look to challenge for a place in next year’s Premier League.
Marcelo Bielsa has seen a number of areas in his squad depleted, which has included his striking department with the likes of Patrick Bamford and Kemar Roofe both having to spend time on the sidelines.
However, it appears as though the Argentine may have been handed a boost, with one player set to make an imminent return to Elland Road.
The Norwegian outfit, who are managed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, have finished their domestic season and the Manchester United legend has confirmed that the striker will return to Leeds for a ‘new opportunity’.
“He did not play today [last Saturday] and he will get a new opportunity in Leeds. Those are his employers and they are an exciting club at the moment. Therefore he got the chance to travel back a little earlier.”
The Verdict:

Although Cibicki is set to return from Molde with a decent campaign under his belt, there has not been much fanfare from Leeds themselves.
Many feel that the 24-year-old’s future at Elland Road is already over and the Whites will likely look to offload him as soon as they possibly can.
However, he could be a useful addition for Bielsa in terms of depth and adding options to a team that have suffered heavily with injuries at times this season.
