Leeds United could be prepared to consider a permanent move for one of their loanees in the summer, provided two conditions are met.
That is the belief of Phil Hay, who took to Twitter to answer a question that was posed to him about Izzy Brown and his future.
he’s got a long deal there (on a high wage) and there was no option to buy in the loan. A possibility if Leeds go up and he does well.

The Yorkshire Evening Post journalist stated that Leeds would have to win promotion to the Premier League in order for that to happen, as well as the 22-year-old being able to perform to a high level.
Despite all his potential, it remains to be seen what the Chelsea loanee will be able to bring to the Elland Road outfit as he has been out with a number of recurring injuries this season.
Brown did make Marcelo Bielsa’s first-team squad for the first time on Saturday when Leeds met Middlesbrough at The Riverside Stadium but was an unused substitute in their 1-1 draw.
The Verdict:
Brown is believed to be thought of in high regard at Chelsea, however, it remains to be seen if he will break into the first-team at Stamford Bridge.
A move to Leeds permanently could be a real possibility for the 22-year-old, however, as Hay suggested, it would potentially come down to a number of factors in the summer.
There is no doubt that the attacker has plenty of ability and will want to showcase that in the final stages of the Championship campaign.
