Everton fans have been sending their tributes to the long-serving club captain Seamus Coleman after reaching 300 appearances for the club.
The full-back reached his third century during the Toffees’ 1-1 draw against Manchester United on Sunday after cracking his ribs in November.
Coleman has taken part in 10 Premier League games this season and stepped in for Djibril Sidibe who fell ill before his team’s trip to Greater Manchester.
