Newcastle United have been having a bit of a shocker at the moment. The fans are still up in arms over their shocking ownership under Mike Ashley and their awful summer looks to have affected their form. Last night saw them lose 3-1 to Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup and their loan signing from Chelsea, Kenedy, had a shocker.
Kenedy with back-to-back unbelievably bad displays. This will be a big test of his character.
Has got to rediscover his form. #NUFC

Kenedy had a horrendous game against Cardiff City in the club’s 0-0 draw when he missed a 96th-minute penalty and cost his side the chance to win their first game of the season. Then, yesterday evening he put in yet another horrendous performance and he’s looking like a shadow of the player that spent the second half of last season at St James Park and the fans loved having him.
Unfortunately, The Magpies are yet to see that side of the Brazilian this time around, however, it is only August still and with plenty of time left in his season-long loan, the 22-year-old still has a chance to recover his form and his reputation with The Geordies. For now, though, Kenedy looks a long way away from being the man he was back when he was last at the club.

Was massively over rated last season anyway

The Magpies are desperate to see a good display from Kenedy and will be hoping he can have a good game against Manchester City in the club’s next league game.
