Arsenal fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern are looking up with surprise splashed across their faces after seeing this image that shows Mesut Ozil in a pretty good light.
The German international has split opinion since his arrival in England at the start of lat season and according to some of our resident Gooners, not to mention pundits alike, Ozil has in the main, flattered to deceive at the Emirates Stadium.
While we could be forgiven for thinking that it is a stat showing just how much Ozil makes use of his rental of Harry Potter’s cloak of invisibility, it is in fact a table showing that Ozil has covered more distance than any other Arsenal player since the start of February.
Not only that but star man Alexis Sanchez is lagging second to last on the chart and we think he needs to pull his socks up and get back to his best!
