Leeds United have been in sublime form under Marcelo Bielsa this season as they continue to work towards securing automatic promotion to the Premier League.
The Whites suffered a slight dip in form prior to the international break as they were thumped 4-1 by Darren Moore’s West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.
Indeed, things haven’t all been positive for the club in the past year or so, with problems off the field halting their progress at times and really causing them trouble. Indeed, Andrea Radrizzani hasn’t always made the best of decisions, with transfer and managerial problems resulting in a number of issues.

PAUL HECKINGBOTTOM APPOINTMENT
Paul Heckingbottom was announced as Thomas Christiansen’s successor back in February of this year, but things didn’t end well at all for Leeds United as it was all downhill from there.
Indeed, the former Barnsley boss was hugely impressive during his time at Oakwell but taking charge at Elland Road was a whole different challenge that he later went on to fail.
The 41-year-old was arguably the worst appointment since Uwe Rosler and certainly won’t be remembered in a hurry.
FAILURE TO SIGN DEFENDER
The main problem with Bielsa’s squad is a lack of depth in defence. Behind Liam Cooper and Pontus Jansson the options are very limited for Leeds in terms of natural replacements, with Gaetano Berardi filling in at the heart of the defence towards the start of the season.
Leeds United have conceded nine goals in their last six games, which could be down to their lack of cover at the back, with Cooper struggling to ensure solidity at all times.
