Newcastle United have struggled to come to terms with Premier League football in the current campaign as their summer signings continue to disappoint.

The 24-year-old is a former Italy Under-21 international, has featured in all seven of SPAL’s games this season.
His current club have made a solid start to this season, winning three and losing three of their opening six fixtures, so it remains to be seen as to whether he would be interested in a move to England.

There’s no doubt that Francesco Vicari is very highly-rated over in Italy, with Newcastle United desperate to lure him to the Premier League in January.
Rafa Benitez has realised that he definitely needs to bring in reinforcements in January, so he is planning ahead by turning his attention to the Italian central defender.
