Leeds United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be buzzing about the latest developments coming from the club and will be delighted with what it could entail for the future.
The Whites have agreed a deal with the San Fransisco 49ers, with the NFL franchise becoming a minority shareholder, whilst Andrea Radrizzani retains his share and keeps his job as chairman.
However, more information has come to light about the deal with the West Coast sports organisation from Phil Hay on Twitter.
The Yorkshire Evening Post journalist who covers all things Leeds United has revealed the 49ers have paid just under £10million for their share, and that money will go straight towards the club’s transfer budget for the summer.
it's fairly simple. 49ers have bought just over 10 per cent in Leeds for close to £10m. That money is going into the club and will be used for transfers this summer.

Landlord’s Verdict
The news that the money will go into the transfer kitty will delight the locals in the bar as the club looks to reshape and rebuild for the new season.
Paul Heckingbottom has already been busy identifying a number of targets and will now have the financial backing to bring them to the club.
£10M for a Championship club, on top of what they would already have budgeted for, would give the Elland Road outfit a huge advantage in their efforts to beat a number of their rivals to widely sought-after transfer targets, thus giving them the push they need to achieve promotion to the Premier League next season.
