The Celtic fans in the Transfer Tavern couldn’t be more confident ahead of their trip to Ibrox later this afternoon.
Indeed, the Bhoys in the bar are expecting another celebrated win at the home of their biggest rivals, with the only debate amongst our resident Hoops seemingly over who should start what should be a win against Rangers.
One of the biggest questions discussed amongst the punters clad in green and white centres around who should start on the right of Brendan Rodgers’ 4-2-3-1 formation.
James Forrest particularly impressed against Dundee in the week and many of our drinkers seem to want him to start over Patrick Roberts later today. The Scotland international has proved to be a frustrating figure over the years, though is in a good run of form and his searing pace would be an asset against a makeshift Rangers defence.
That’s a thought seemingly shared by users on social media, so here’s a closer look at how they’re backing Forrest today.
I think Forrest will start to help cover the high diagonal punts..then a few Celtic goals Paddy can come on around 65th minute or so

Forrest deserves to start. On fire in recent games.

You may be right, but on current form it should be Forrest. Wouldn’t bother me either way however.

Can't be only thinking Rodgers surely canny drop Forrest for Roberts today, what a kick in the baws that would be to Forrest.
