Timothy Weah announced himself in a big way to the Bhoys on Saturday as he came off the bench to bury his first real chance in green and white, turning a 2-0 win into a 3-0 win when he connected with a ball through from Dedryck Boyata. Now, though, the fans can’t wait to see more from the Hoops.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Brendan Rodgers played a masterstroke when he brought in the American born youngster on-loan from PSG last week, and it seems that he’s already being rewarded for giving the 18-year-old a chance at the club to showcase his talents with consistent first-team football. The next game is always the most important one, though, and for Weah, a goal against St Mirren on Wednesday would be huge.
At the age of just 18, it will be crucial for Rodgers to limit the American’s game time as to not burn him out. However, the way that Weah’s started it looks like it may take a lot of minutes to burn him out. In his short cameo yesterday he looked full of running and energy, and if he can continue that on Wednesday night and add a few goals then the Hoops will be even more delighted with the youngster.
