Celtic have been a force to be reckoned with in the Scottish Premiership recently as they continue to assert their dominance under Brendan Rodgers.
The Hoops will be desperate to qualify for the knockout stages in the Europa League, and they certainly helped their cause last week as they secured all three points against RB Leipzig.
However, the Glasgow club have plenty of other things to worry about besides silverware and success, with there being potential departures in the January transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers has a couple of fringe players at the club at this moment in time and needs to make more room for any potential January additions, so it’s about time he and Peter Lawwell worked together to get rid of any wasted talent.
With that in mind, Rodgers and Lawwell must shift this flop in January…
Jonny Hayes will go down as one of the worst pieces of transfer business that the Hoops have ever completed as he continues to offer absolutely nothing at Celtic Park.
The winger joined back in June of 2017 and has scored only one goal and produced just three assists in his 23 appearances in the famous green and white shirt, which is completely unacceptable.
So, Rodgers and Lawwell must do everything they can to offload him in January in order to make room for a suitable replacement and to focus on enjoying better days.
