Carlo Ancelotti will be far from happy with the performance of his Everton side against Wolves on Sunday.
It is fair to say that Toffees were outplayed from start to finish against the Midlands outfit as they succumbed to a 3-0 defeat. Wolves had 55% possession and seven shots on target to the Goodison Park outfit’s 45% and two respectively.

There were several disappointing performances amongst the Toffees’ ranks, one of which came from Gylfi Sigurdsson. The Iceland international was only able to muster a 6.4 SofaScore rating, failing to make a single key pass and winning a paltry three of his seven duels.
The Toffee Blues Twitter page has shared a graphic from David Hughes, who provides content for Opta, showing that the £20.25m-valued midfielder – as per Transfermarkt – completed just eight forward passes all game.

He’s on borrowed time and knows it you can see he doesn’t want to be out there.

I’m honestly surprised the number of forward passes from him is as high as 8!

One of the worst signings we’ve ever made. Especially the amount of money.
