All the talk in the Football Transfer Tavern has been about the January transfer window, but one Chelsea fan has managed to take all the attention upon himself after losing a ridiculous Twitter bet.

Chelsea fan Lee Mitchell made the following promise ahead of Chelsea’s recent FA Cup third round clash with Derby County: ‘If Mikel scores today I’ll get his name or the Chelsea badge tattooed on my ass.’

Safe in the knowledge that Mikel had managed just three goals in seven-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge, Lee expected he would have nothing to worry about.

Guess who popped up with the opening goal at Pride Park?

Fair play to Lee, he kept true to his Twitter bet. I suppose there are worse tattoo’s to have on your bum as well…isn’t there?
