Liverpool fans in The Football Transfer Tavern have long since fallen out of love with pantomime villain striker, Mario Balotelli. The Italian was famous for his off the field antics during his time at Man City and he’s been up to his old tricks once again.
Liverpool outcast, Mario Balotelli must have had some time on his hands this weekend as he was pictured posing a the photos of newly-weds in Southport.

The 25-year-old, who looks destined to leave Anfield this summer, has form when it comes to creating headlines away from football.
At Christmas in 2011 the former Inter Milan striker visited a pub in Manchester and left a whopping £1,000 behind the bar for the lucky punters before heading off to a church opposite, if you’re reading this, Mario; the doors here at the Football Transfer Tavern are always open for such a gesture.
Again during his time in Manchester, Balotelli crashed his car and when quizzed by police officers as to why he had £5,000 in cash sat next to him on the passenger seat, he simply replied: “because I am rich.” Kudos.
