An agreement in principle has been made between Tottenham and the Turkish team Galatasaray, for the transfer of Arda Turan according to Turkish radio giants, Radyospor.
The word is Tottenham will part with on loan Giovanni Dos Santos and an additional €5million in order to wrap up the signing of a player that hopefully will deliver and not constantly be out on the lash in West End nightspots.
