Spurs Sap Won’t Go But Toffee Man Will Sign

This window is proving a mixed bag for wheeler dealer Harry Redknapp. He’s stuck ‘For Sale’ stickers in the windscreens of several players, but one who’s no longer on the premises, namely Blistering Bob Keane, is making noises that ‘he has a contract’ and is ‘looking forward’ to Champions League football. It’s a pity Keane, who has scored 342 goals in only 15 games for Celtic wasn’t so focused when still in a Spurs shirt.

On an upbeat note, the word on the street is that Everton’s Steven Pienaar is is being heavily courted by Tottenham and is highly likely to sign. My view is that this could be another very Harry type signing, in the same manner the Krancjar was.
