Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern have been chanting all day and were certainly doing so last night as their side nicked the Championship title away from Brighton.
In what has been one of the most tense title races in the second tier for some time, things, fittingly, when down to the final game between Brighton and Newcastle.
And, even more suitably, it wasn’t until the final few minutes until things were resolved as a late Jack Grealish strike against the Seagulls handed the Magpies the win.
Naturally, then, the men from Tyneside went into celebration mode and Twitter was awash with players posting their reaction to what had just happened.
