The pressure is starting to mount on Maurizio Sarri after Chelsea suffered yet another poor result on Monday after they lost 2-0 to Manchester United in the FA Cup.
And things are not set to get any easier for the Italian with the Blues set to welcome their fierce rivals Tottenham in the Premier League next Wednesday right after their Carabao Cup final clash against Manchester City.
Simply put, the writing looks to be on the wall for Sarri with The Times reporting that the Chelsea boss has a week to save his job.
Based on that, the former Napoli manager should make it to his side’s clash with Mauricio Pochettino’s men, which Tottenham supporters will no doubt be hoping for.
Looking at the last few weeks, with Sarri in the dugout on Wednesday, it should be an easy three points for the north London club.
