Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to transfer links surrounding the club and Real Madrid’s Isco on Twitter.

Spurs fan Ricky Sacks relayed information gathered from a report by Spanish media outlet El Desmarque suggesting the north London giants could put themselves in the driving seat for the midfielder’s signature if the La Liga outfit were to make an offer for Christian Eriksen in the January window.
Indeed, Real Madrid have been linked with a move for the Dane for about 18 months or so now (per Marca), whilst Tottenham have been alleged to have an interest in Isco for a lot longer – with one particular report suggesting that the Spain international almost joined them back in 2016 (The Mirror).
The 27-year-old has been out with an arm injury recently, however it appears the £55m-rated midfielder (per TransferMarkt) is on the fringes of Zinedine Zidane’s side when fit and available, which is why he has been linked with a potential January departure.
Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to the possibility of bringing Isco to the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but it does not appear to be any confidence in such a deal happening, or the fact that nobody really seems to want to see it happen.
