Life at Tottenham Hotspur isn’t exactly growing great right now for the punters in the Transfer Tavern, despite the season starting with so much optimism.
The north London outfit have failed to reproduce the sort of form that made them such a force last term and Mauricio Pochettino’s side look entirely bereft of confidence and ideas in equal measure.
Still, the White Hart Lane faithful propping up the bar are delighted the Argentine has a squad packed to the rafters with exciting young players.
So they’re delighted to hear reports from Bleacher Report, suggesting one of them is around for the long run.
Dele Alli was recently linked with a hugely expensive move to Paris Saint-Germain, who this report claim are still keen to sign him at great expense.
However, the England international is believed to be happy on Hotspur Way right now and is committed to the cause, having penned a new deal recently.
