‘Where’s Sunderland?’ - Newcastle fans react to big announcement

Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see their side back in action in the Premier League after a season away from the top flight.

The Magpies are back in the big time for 2017/18 and their fans are certainly keen to see them get going and start challenging the big boys in the division.

And now, after today’s fixture release for the new campaign, the excitement has kicked up a notch with things seeming that little bit closer.

Indeed, whilst it may be over two months away, the kick off for the new campaign does seem that much closer now we have an idea of who is going to be playing who and when and fans have certainly reacted on Twitter.
