Still, after a nightmare first season at the Theatre of Dreams, the 22-year-old has seen his stock plummet in recent months.

With more dynamic options emerging for the Red Devils, the former PSV Eindhoven has spoken out about his lack of first-team chances under the self-proclaimed ‘Special One.’

Though there’s still enough time for the Oranje star to capitalise on the sort of potential he showed in his homeland, he’s admitted he could seek a move.
