Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait for their side to get going in the Premier League this season with kick-off just over two weeks away.
The men from Tyneside are back in the big-time after a season away and Rafa Benitez will surely be eager to get one over on the likes of Jose Mourinho when they meet during the campaign.
For sure, it’s great to see him and the Magpies back in the top flight and they’ll certainly be hoping it’s a memorable year for all the right reasons.
One player, too, will likely be hoping for success more than most of the squad is surely new signing Jacob Murphy who is an ardent supporter of the club.
