Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern really are counting the days to the new season now with them back in the Premier League after a season away.
The men from the north-east have been in fine voice ever since the end of the season here by the bar and just cannot get over the way they nicked the title on the final day from Brighton.
Even so, come the start of the new season that will largely be forgotten and so it makes sense that the fans try to get as much out of the celebration as possible.
Indeed, celebrity fans Ant & Dec have certainly been doing just that recently with them posting a picture of themselves with the Championship trophy:
