There’s a sense of shock radiating out of the Spurs end of the Tavern this evening as supporters try to get over the fact Kyle Walker wants out of White Hart Lane this summer.
We’ve seen little controversy during Mauricio Pochettino’s seemingly trouble-free period in-charge but he’s set to face his first tough spell, with Kyle Walker wanting to leave the club this summer.
The England international is unhappy with his lack of match minutes as Argentine manager Pochettino has preferred the impressive-looking Kieran Trippier in recent weeks. There has been long-term doubts over his fitness but moving forward, it seems that his long-term future lies away from White Hart Lane.
But should the inevitable now happen, who should Spurs be lining up to replace their outgoing right-back?
With that in mind, here’s 2 potential replacements for Kyle Walker if he does leave this summer…
Ryan Bertrand

Former Chelsea man Ryan Bertrand is now at Southampton, where he continues to impress week-in, week-out.
The pacy England international has quietly been getting on with his career without making too many headlines and we think the 2012 Champions league winner is now ready to step up to the next level with Spurs.
Fabinho

Talented Monaco full-back Fabinho has been a big part of the French outfit’s push for the Champions League title this season and he’d be a seriously good addition to the Spurs squad, even if Walker wasn’t set to leave the club.
The Brazilian is quick, enjoys getting forward and at times, does have an eye for goal too. Would be a very good replacement indeed.
