Tony Pulis’ side have, however, been one of the Premier League’s surprise packages this season and currently sit eighth in the league with many of their supporters who come drinking in the Tavern, absolutely delighted to not see their side struggling down near the bottom of the division.
The Spurs fans who have gathered close to the big screen ahead of the big game are also in jubilant spirits, with many of the group predicting that they can run Chelsea close for the title this season.

Spurs took the opportunity to play a second string side against Aston Villa on Saturday, which means that the likes of Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Hugo Lloris will all be raring to go at the weekend.
On paper the squad at Mauricio Pochettino’s disposal is impressive to say the least and he will hope to see his side have too much firepower to pose any real threat from the Baggies.
Incentive is massive
If Spurs win the early kick off at the weekend they will close the gap on Chelsea to just four points, which makes for a rather large incentive for the team.
Chelsea looked invincible a few weeks back but by beating them a fortnight ago, Spurs have offered everyone in the division an indication that they can be caught at the top of the division.
