With an excellent season behind them last year, and a new stadium move coming this summer; things at West Ham United are definitely on the up.
With good reason, fans here in the Transfer Tavern are more excited about incoming players than outgoing; with a huge transfer kitty expected to be given to Slaven Bilic as he looks to build on an impressive campaign last time round.
With that said, there are a number of players at the club who are now offering very little to the club; and using up resources that would be better used elsewhere.
Our landlord also thinks there is one young Hammer that the club would be better off profiting from this summer, rather than sitting on for the next few years.
With that, here are FOUR players that Slaven Bilic should sell at to move West Ham forward as a club……

Doniel Henry

This young Canadian defender was brought to West Ham by Sam Allardyce, after recommendations by Ryan Nelson of Toronto FC.
After being sent on loan to Blackburn, he did show glimpses of quality; but was plagued by injury’s which have largely stopped him from developing.
Despite impressing in parts; a lack of consistent fitness is certainly a problem for this new look West Ham side.
At 23 years old, he does have room to improve; but he is unlikely to be of the quality that Bilic is looking for.
Blackburn will likely be interested in a permanent move; and it should suit both parties.
Enner Valencia

Another player brought in by Sam Allardyce, Enner Valencia seems destined for the exit door this summer.
Despite impressing early on, his recent lack of form and goals have caused him to become more a bit part player in an ever improving West Ham Side.
The Daily Express is reporting that West Ham are willing to sell the striker, so it would not be a surprise to see him move on this summer.
Diafra Sakho

A player that has largely impressed during his tenure with West Ham, it seems that Sakho might well be on the way out this summer.
Sky Sports have been reporting that the player has been a subject of an £11 million bid from Sunderland; a fee that the club would surely find it hard to turn down; with Sakho demanding a resolution to the saga.
With The Daily Mail reporting that the club is open to selling the player, this one seems inevitable, given the amount offered.
Sakho has an impressive goal scoring record at the club, but the club could certainly do better with the money they would be getting for him.
Reece Oxford

This one is going to be controversiall.
The proverbial West Ham golden boy, Oxford made his debut for the club last year; and looked commanding in Midfield.
Since that point, he has been the subject of a number of transfer rumours, with huge sums of money reportedly being thrown at the club for the talented youngster.
We aren’t doubting the midfielders quality; he of course has the potential to become a world beater.
But the fact of the matter is that he is just 17 years old; tens of millions of pounds for an unproven youngster is a ridiculous thought, and one that West Ham should capitalize on.
Add to that the fact that he seems willing to leave the club; and this one begins to make more sense.
They could quite easily invest that money in a proven midfielder that will definitely do a job for them. In their current position they need to invest in quality; not potential.
