Landlord’s Verdict
The West Ham fans in the Tavern will have been surprised the club can get a deal of this magnitude done as there have been concerns over how ambitious the Hammers were willing to be with their recruitment drive.
The locals in the bar will be encouraged that Kia Joorabchian is involved with the deal, having previously worked with the club in regards to the transfers of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano, which surprised many of the football world.
