Many Arsenal fans have flocked to react to Mikel Arteta’s team selection that will face Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
The Gunners have had a largely inconsistent season and they currently sit ninth in the Premier League standings. Looking to move up the league table, Arteta’s side will desperately need a victory, but they face the challenge of Pep Guardiola’s second-placed Man City.
City, who remain in the Champions League, will have one eye on that competition, which is now due to return in August, but they must first take on the challenge of finishing second with Leicester City in third place.
Eddie Nketiah will start for Arteta’s side, whilst summer singing Nicolas Pepe drops to the bench.
