Arsenal: Fans approve potential transfer of Thomas Lemar after reports over interest

Arsenal fans were giving their approval over a move for attacker Thomas Lemar after the Gunners were linked with the player.

According to Marca, Atletico Madrid have asked super-agent Jorge Mendes to broker a deal with the Gunners for the Frenchman.

The north London outfit were in for the player in the summer of 2017, however, they failed to complete a deal despite having agreed a fee worth a reported £92m (via Evening Standard).

However, the player then completed a move to the Wanda Metropolitano outfit in the summer of 2018, however, has failed with the Spanish club.

Lemar has scored just three goals and assisted five in over 60 appearances across all competitions, just one less than what Bukayo Saka has managed this campaign.

Fans were loving reports of a move for Lemar as they took to Twitter to give their approval for any potential move for the 24-year-old.
