Arsenal fans have found their new Emirates hero

Arsenal fans are likely still recovering from their side’s win in the North London derby. The Gunners were able to dispatch of Tottenham emphatically after a very competitive game, and Unai Emery deserves a lot of credit for the way that he set his team up.

Many individuals that played on the day also deserve praise. The likes of Lucas Torreira and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played brilliantly, and they deserve every positive comment that will come their way.

Another player that impressed on Sunday was Sead Kolasinac. The defender has had an up and down start to life in London, but he showed all the traits that make him such a good player on Sunday. Offering pace, power, determination and aggression, he was a real force down the left of the pitch.

It’s taken him a little while to settle, but he appears to have found a real role under Emery as a wing-back.
