Arsenal fans were raving over Lucas Torreira after the club’s official Twitter account posted a clip of the Uruguayan in action against rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
The clip sees Torreira flick the ball over Danny Rose’s head before playing a quick pass to Alexandre Lacazette (via Twitter).
The 23-year-old made his first start of the season against Spurs after he had a late start to the campaign due to his appearances for Uruguay at the Copa America.
The diminutive midfielder featured heavily for the Gunners last season, making 50 appearances in all competitions as he helped Arsenal reach the Europa League final (via Transfermarkt).
There were reports in the summer that AC Milan were plotting a move for the Uruguay international, however, reports stated Torreira wasn’t pushing for a move away from north London.
Fans are glad to see the return of Torreira, as they tweeted their reaction to his skill against Spurs.
