Arsenal fans were left exasperated after the club’s official Twitter account announced the return of Lucas Torreira following his excursions with Uruguay at the Copa America.
The North London faithful were reacting following a post from the club’s official Twitter account.

However, it wasn’t the tweet the Gooners were expecting, with many wanting the announcement of the signing of Nicolas Pepe.
Arsenal agreed on a deal to sign Pepe with French side Lille, believed to be worth £72m, and officially confirmed his signing yesterday.
Arsenal return to Premier League action next week Sunday when they travel up to Newcastle United in their opening game of the Premier League season.
