Earlier today, Arsenal provided an injury update on Nacho Monreal, Sead Kolasinac, Sokratis, Hector Bellerin and Mohamed Elneny.
The former four names, who play across the backline, will all be assessed ahead of the game at home to Liverpool tomorrow, what with Unai Emery’s men seeking to maintain their excellent 13-match unbeaten run when the Merseyside giants visit the Emirates Stadium.
Midfielder Elneny has an issue with his right thigh and will return to full training in two weeks. Arsenal could do with their four defensive options to be able to play, giving the Gunners more options and the best chance of containing Liverpool’s deadly front three in North London on Saturday.
