Supporters of the north London side are an odd bunch. They constantly moan when the team slip up even once, praise the club for being incredible after an astonishing one-off result, and bring their players down even when the players need the fans more than ever.
With the Europa League final on the horizon, Granit Xhaka was the latest to feel the pessimistic attitude of Arsenal fans when the Swiss midfielder said in a pre-match press conference: “We want to give the fans the Champions League back.”
