No one quite knew what to expect from Arsenal this season, and it’s fair to say that the Gunners have all been left pleasantly surprised by the way that their side has gone about the campaign. That is obviously a credit to Unai Emery, but the fans have also been raving over Alexandre Lacazette, and believe he should be their club’s player of the season.

With a player like Alexandre Lacazette, or ‘Laca’ as the Arsenal fans all know and love him by, the game is never about just goals. The Frenchman has so much to offer outside of putting the ball in the goal, and he shows that every time he features for the famous club. The way he brings teammates into the game with his hold-up play, defends from the front and so often scores big goals is to be commended.
The stats usually speak for themselves, but this time around the Gunners are all calling for their 12-goal striker to be appreciated and rewarded for his form more than their 17-goal striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and for those who have been tuning in to watch Arsenal on a regular basis, it really is no real surprise. In the big games, Laca does what you expect of a top striker and the Gunners are more than ready for him to be commemorated for his efforts.

100% agree. Auba, papa, mhki and Lucas and a few others have all had good spells at points but he has been good throughout. If not scoring he is creating or working his socks off for the team!!

The Gunners are all more than ready to vote for Lacazette as their man of the season, and they don’t expect that to change between now and the end of the season.
