John McGinn has assured Aston Villa fans that he’s recovered from the head injury he suffered last weekend ahead of Saturday’s trip to Manchester United.
Villa used a concussion substitute to withdraw McGinn during the first half of the 3-0 win over Everton.
He was missing from the matchday squad for the midweek Carabao Cup tie against Chelsea.
But McGinn has taken to Twitter to confirm he’ll be involved at Old Trafford, writing: ‘Heed [sic] fixed. See you tomorrow.’

He also attached three images of him in action on the Bodymoor Heath training pitch.
The Scottish international has started four of the Villans’ five Premier League matches so far this season, having missed the draw with Brentford because of government COVID guidelines.
McGinn may be fit, but Dean Smith will have to cope without the likes of Leon Bailey and Morgan Sanson (both injured) and Axel Tuanzebe (ineligible to face his parent club).
