Manchester City could offer Aston Villa the choice of seven players in a potential deal for Jack Grealish this summer, Birmingham Live report.

Grealish is currently away with England at the European Championships and has been linked with a move to the Etihad for a number of months.

City were name-checked as the favourites to sign the creative star back in March, with recent reports claiming Grealish has told his friends he would be interested in joining Pep Guardiola’s side.

Discussions have been put on hold due to Grealish’s involvement on the international stage, but it seems as if City could offer Villa the choice of seven players in a possible player-plus-cash deal.

Bernardo Silva and Joao Cancelo are two who are mentioned by Birmingham Live, who suggest owners Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens do not need to sell Grealish this summer.

Villa fans react
