Bournemouth are heading into a crucial summer after a historic 2025/26 campaign.
The Cherries achieved European qualification for the first time in their history, but the squad has already undergone significant change after Andoni Iraola departed to take charge of Liverpool.
Marco Rose has now taken over at the Vitality Stadium and faces the challenge of maintaining the club’s upward trajectory.
There have also been notable departures, with Marcos Senesi joining Tottenham Hotspur and leaving a major gap in defence that will need addressing.
However, another key player could also be attracting attention, although Bournemouth have made their stance clear by setting a sizeable asking price.
Bournemouth Name Tyler Adams Price
According to the Daily Mail, Bournemouth midfielder Tyler Adams remains on Manchester United’s shortlist as they look to further strengthen their midfield options this summer.
The Red Devils have already invested heavily in the position, bringing in Andrey Santos from Chelsea and Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa for a combined fee of around £85 million. However, following Casemiro’s departure and Manuel Ugarte’s injury issues after the World Cup, United are still considering another addition.
Adams, described as a “high-energy” midfielder by former Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola, is viewed as a potential option due to his defensive ability, intensity and Premier League experience.
Bournemouth are believed to value the United States international at around £35 million, a fee that would allow them to make a significant profit while still retaining control of their squad planning.
Unlike teammate Alex Scott, who Bournemouth are determined to keep despite interest from elsewhere, Adams is considered more attainable should the right offer arrive.
The 27-year-old still has two years remaining on his contract at the Vitality Stadium, but with both Adams and Scott approaching the final stages of their deals, Bournemouth may decide that this summer represents the ideal time to cash in.
For Manchester United, Adams represents a more affordable alternative as they continue reshaping their midfield under their new project, but Bournemouth’s valuation means any deal will require a serious financial commitment.
