Our West Ham fans here in the Transfer Tavern are eager to see their side sign some top players once the window opens up for business this summer.
This time last year, of course, they were feeling the same but were duly disappointed by many of the players who came in ahead of 2016/17.
Slaven Bilic and the owners, then, need to pull their finger out this summer and the fans were quick to let David Gold know that on Twitter.
Indeed, he revealed the latest season ticket numbers on his account and fans were quick to ensure he knows that they are now expecting a return for their loyalty:
